1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "sbet Platform" means the website, mobile site, and all associated digital services operated under the domain sbet.cam, including the casino lobby, sportsbook, bingo rooms, and account management systems.
• "Member" or "Account Holder" means any individual who has completed the sbet registration process, passed identity verification (KYC), and holds an active account on the sbet Platform.
• "PHP Wallet" means the Philippine Peso-denominated account balance maintained by sbet on behalf of a Member, reflecting deposited funds, wagering results, and bonus allocations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process sbet requires all Members to complete in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority that regulates online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slots, bingo, sports wagering, and any other betting products available through the sbet Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or wagering incentives awarded to a Member by sbet, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an sbet account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on the sbet Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the sbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party;
• You are accessing the sbet Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful under applicable local and national laws.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Participation in any sbet gaming activity is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 3.2 Geographic Eligibility

Members acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the sbet Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are connecting. sbet reserves the right to restrict access from any territory where online gaming is prohibited or where sbet determines that serving such territory presents a legal or regulatory risk.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to hold an sbet account or participate in any sbet game or promotion:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from sbet or who are subject to a third-party exclusion order;
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of sbet and its affiliated software providers, where they could gain an unfair advantage;
• Persons identified on any PAGCOR exclusion register or national problem gambling database.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

To access real-money games on sbet, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful, current, and your own. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active sbet account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different identities — is strictly prohibited. sbet employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance therein may be forfeited at sbet's discretion.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

sbet is required under Philippine anti-money laundering legislation and PAGCOR licensing conditions to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID. Proof of address may also be required in certain circumstances. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal request will be processed. Delays in submitting KYC documents will delay withdrawal processing accordingly.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sbet login credentials. You agree to notify sbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. sbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Currency

All transactions on the sbet Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Members deposit in PHP and all game stakes, winnings, and withdrawals are calculated and displayed in PHP. No currency conversion is applied by sbet on the member-facing side of transactions.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

sbet currently accepts deposits via the following methods available to Philippine-based Members: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. sbet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice, subject to operational and regulatory requirements.

5.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time and credited to your sbet PHP Wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account, subject to your bank's processing schedule. sbet does not charge any platform-side fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.

5.4 Deposit Limits

sbet enforces minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method. These limits are displayed on the Deposit page within your sbet account and may be adjusted from time to time. Members may also set their own voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming settings of their account, as described in Section 12 of these Terms.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Only Members who have completed KYC verification are eligible to submit withdrawal requests. Withdrawal requests against funds derived from incomplete wagering requirements on bonus funds will be declined until those requirements are met.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

sbet processes withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals from verified accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes on average during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days, subject to receiving bank processing schedules. These timeframes are indicative and may vary during periods of high transaction volume.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

sbet applies a withdrawal method matching policy: withdrawal disbursements will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering requirements and to protect Members from unauthorized fund diversion.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Withdrawal page within your sbet account. Members who regularly transact at higher volumes may contact sbet support to discuss account-level withdrawal arrangements.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Rules

sbet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and bingo-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which take precedence over these general bonus rules in the event of any inconsistency.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in an individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to an sbet account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; any unmet bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account upon expiry.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only. sbet reserves the right to limit the availability of any promotion to specific Member segments, geographic regions, or account tiers. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

7.4 No Obligation to Offer Bonuses

sbet is under no obligation to offer bonuses to any Member or to continue any promotion for any specified period. Promotions may be withdrawn, modified, or suspended at sbet's sole discretion, provided that Members will not be disadvantaged with respect to wagering requirements already in progress at the time of any modification.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the sbet Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before wagering. sbet's casino games use independently certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Live dealer games use physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels) under studio conditions. All published Return to Player (RTP) figures are derived from certified testing results and are made available in each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or any technical error that results in an interrupted or disputed game round, sbet reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Member's PHP Wallet. sbet's decision in matters of game disputes shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in the sbet Help Center.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sbet Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one sbet account;
• Accessing the sbet Platform while subject to a self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any non-human means to interact with sbet games or systems;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using sbet for money laundering purposes in violation of Philippine law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sbet staff, live dealers, or other Members;
• Attempting to circumvent sbet's geographic access restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the sbet Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, interface design, text, software code, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of sbet or its licensed third-party game providers. No content from the sbet Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from sbet. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the sbet Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes during the term of their active membership.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

sbet collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which constitutes a separate but integrated part of your agreement with sbet. By registering for an sbet account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the sbet Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy. sbet processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements.

12 Responsible Gaming

sbet is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all sbet Members through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps that the system enforces automatically;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period to take a break from gaming;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the sbet Platform. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sbet's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the sbet Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sbet shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages; (b) loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of data; (c) interruption of access to the sbet Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond sbet's reasonable control; or (d) any loss arising from a Member's failure to comply with these Terms.

14 Account Termination

sbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or at sbet's discretion for any other legitimate operational or regulatory reason. Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting sbet support. Upon account closure, any verified PHP Wallet balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after applicable checks, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or KYC obligations remain unresolved.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. sbet operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR, and any regulatory complaints relating to sbet's licensing obligations may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels. For disputes between a Member and sbet, Members are encouraged to first contact sbet's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16 Amendments to These Terms

sbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes to these Terms through a notice posted on the sbet Platform and, where practicable, via the registered email address on their account. Continued use of the sbet Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to review the current version of the Terms.
